Barn cottage is located on Cauldhame Estate. The cottage is 1hr from both Edinburgh & Glasgow, staying here you will feel miles away from urban life, though in reality you are only a few minutes from the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel, golf courses, excellent local shops, restaurants & railway stations.

The house is an ideal base for family and friends & another bonus its dog friendly! The setting, the spectacular vista & the wildlife is what will draw you in & make you never want to leave.
The Space
Converted from an old barn in 2008, this pretty cottage is double glazed and insulated to modern standards, which ensures it is warm and cosy in the winter whilst remaining cool in the warmer months. Inside, Barn Cottage is contemporary in style with oak flooring throughout. The main room in this cottage is a combined lounge/kitchen/diner with integrated ceramic hob, electric fan oven, washer-drier, dishwasher and larder fridge. An extending oak dining table, wall-mounted freeview TV and stylish grey sofas complete this comfortable living area
The pretty twin bedroom, which can also be made up as a double, looks out over a small woodland. The spacious bathroom has an over bath shower. At the end of the hall is a large double bedroom with a walk-in shower cubicle & super king-sized bed.
Guest Access Outside access we just ask for guests staying in any property on the estate respect the privacy of the other guests and keep their dogs under control.
Other Things To Note
Important - Please Note: There is free WiFi due to location isn't great. There isn't fibre and is limited by the distance we are from the nearest junction cabinet (5 miles) and can be very slow at times. The network access is provided to keep you up to date with emails and friends during your stay. While you surf, please help us keep the network experience great for everyone/future guests by saving large uploads, downloads, film & tv streaming and online gaming for your own home/private connection.

The main house, Stable Cottage & Barn Cottage can be let together, or separately (House alone sleeps 13; 17 with one cottage or 21 with both). If booking two or more properties, please send me a message and I will be able to offer a discounted price.
