Location is very safe and surrounding properties are also holiday homes or private homes owned by lovely families.

The village has a small café and village shop, plus 2 hotels that do food, also the golf course is a 5 minute walk away and does wonderful home cooked food and baking.

St Fillans is a 10 minute drive away from Ben Vorlich for the Munro baggers and the beautiful Loch Earn is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing or fishing. Permits available at the village shop.

St Fillans has a play park perfect for the smaller children and access to a cycle path that can take you from St Fillans to Comrie or the other direction Killin or Callander.

The nearest village is Comrie around 3 miles away which has an array of fabulous shops, beautiful walks and a great community.
