Overlooking Loch Earn and at the foot of Ben Vorlich, Ardveich is a Scottish estate house that carries an atmosphere of welcome, warmth and tradition. Situated in a very secluded spot with only the farm behind it, you are free to roam the surrounding countryside, so this is a walkers'/ and cyclists' paradise but also the perfect base for country sports enthusiasts as well as families/friends looking for a fabulous home from home.
Ardveich House hosts a spacious, bright, open planned and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large, welcoming, beautifully, designed lounge with wood burning stove (fire wood provided) perfect room for sitting back and relaxing after a day exploring Scotlands hidden gems. The stunning, atmospheric dining room is the ideal place to host those celebratory evening meals but for a more relaxed dining experience the kitchen boasts a large table with ample seating for up to 10 persons.Situated at the front of the house is a splendid games room which show cases a Football (fuseball) table, Playstation 4 with games and 2 controllers (bring more if you want) a gleaming 50 inch Smart TV with access to log into your NETFLIX acount along with more gaming delights! This room is ideal for children, teenagers and like minded adults who prefer to relax the modern day way.A delightful sun room is the perfect spot to sit and soak up those marvellous views.A downstairs WC and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and clothes pulley complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are four bright and spacious bedrooms (two doubles, two twin rooms) which are serviced by one modern, sizeable shower room and another compact family bathroom.
The enclosed, beautiful garden is the perfect spot to sit out and enjoy a BBQ whilst admiring the stunning scenery that surrounds Ardveich. It really is a sight to behold watching the sun set on Loch Earn. For the more wild campers there is a secluded spot on the grounds where you can roast your marshmallows on the camp fire whilst listening to long tales, hooting of owls and if your lucky enough rutting stags!
To the rear of the property is an open ended store/car port where you can park 2 vehicles under cover, 2 more clothes pulley's (great area for hanging those wet suits after a day on the Loch) The firewood and kindling are also in this area, please help yourself!
There is also a large lockable shed where you can keep, bikes, sporting equipment etc secure for the duration of your stay.
Ardveich is a truly magical house for a holiday or special occasion it offers real individuality with such stunning views. It is one of those places you might just fall a little bit in love with.
Should you wish to celebrate/holiday with more than 8 persons. Then you can also book Dalveich Cottage (4 person max) it’s only 5 mins walk along the core path on the neighbouring Estate please check out photos to see distance!

Guests are able to access the whole house and the grounds Ardveich is on.Behind the property is a working farm.Please close the main gate whenever entering/leaving the property (just in case the odd wandering sheep decides to come in and say hello)

We understand that after a long day walking, doing touristy things, golfing, cycling, fishing etc, the last thing you might want to do is cook or go out.So please let me know if you would like me to share our chef details.
Pets are most welcomed. Ardveich allows two well behaved pets to stay. There is an additional charge per pet . A stair gate is supplied and must be put in place to prevent pets from going upstairs. Pets are only allowed downstairs at Ardveich and must not be allowed on the soft furnishings.
